Diamond Way Buddhism in Brighton
Our Buddhist group meets weekly on Wednesdays. There is always a short introduction to Buddhism, followed by a guided Buddhist meditation. These meditation classes are suitable for all who wish to learn to meditate. Newcomers are welcome, and there is always time to ask questions over a cup of tea after the meditation. Diamond Way Buddhist books and magazines are also available.
