We support people with complex needs throughout their journey into and out of temporary accommodation. This involves addressing their mental and physical health needs, and overcoming the barriers they face to finding housing. Once longer-term housing is secured, we aim to prevent people from returning to homelessness by involving them in our befriending scheme and art group.
